@media screen and (max-width: 320px){ .inline-ad{margin: 0 -10px;} } 管中閔說，在科技部支持下成立的「台大國際產學聯盟」，就是希望結合學校的研究資源，與企業的創新和未來發展緊密結合。希望透過校園徵才，讓更多學生找到自己能發揮的未來，也幫助企業找到人才。今天台北天空飄著細雨，劉德音說，「不畏風雨的同學將來才會成功。」身為台大電機工程學系校友，他提到，再一次踏進台大校園，讓他回憶起在台大求學的生活點點滴滴。課業之餘他參加了火箭社，也射了幾顆火箭。畢業後，當時台灣還沒有太多科技產業，根本找不到工作，他就到美國求學、工作，約25年前回到台灣，直到今天。劉德音表示，離開校園多年，全球產業的樣貌產生很大的變化，台灣經歷多年努力，已經在全球半導體產業、資訊通訊產業對世界產生很大的影響力。他說，如果說，紐約是世界的金融中心，那台灣就是世界的半導體中心，造就這樣的影響力，就在於產業的不斷創新。所謂創新就是「做出改變」，許多台灣企業都一樣，包括生物科技、精密機械、金融科技等都是日新月異。劉德音提到，人類社會正在經歷大幅度的數位化轉型，人工智慧和5G通訊將是未來成長的動力，也是台灣大部分產業成長的動力，未來許多工作都可能被人工智慧取代。唯有不斷學習，不斷與外界，特別是國外的刺激之下，才能持續為半導體產業提出新的動力。劉德音說，今天要徵求的人才，是希望有跨領域的思考能力、有創新的企圖心，以及放眼全世界的視野，並且願意擁抱未來新科技將衍生出來的新工作。他勉勵台大學生，終生學習與跨領域的能力，是工作上必要成功的條件。大學博覽會上午在台灣大學舉行，台大校長管中閔（右）與台積電董事長劉德音（左）出席致詞。記者鄭清元／攝影 分享 facebook

Another name for this is active euthanasia. Right now, euthanasia is still illegal in Taiwan. She moved from California to the state of Oregon so that she could end her life under that state’s Death with Dignity Act. These states only allow residents to take advantage of the law.
